Let's talk about the story of this project, in November 2023, the customer contacted us through the case sharing platform, at that time, the design happened to accompany the other party in the bungalow in the same community to complete the erection procedure, after a short communication, the time to the studio was agreed, and the designer simply passed through the design idea, and the design intention was determined at that time, and the time from the meeting to the confirmation of the design intention was less than half an hour, and the start was very smooth, and then everything was smooth in the owner's words;
Later, I learned from the owner of the house that I first saw a studio with better publicity in a certain book, and after chatting with the designer, I felt that the other designer's specialty was too shallow and too white, and they knew that they just couldn't express it in professional language, so after seeing our works, we were moved by the design concept of the designer！

The cold concrete originally lacked the ability to express emotions, but under the ingenuity of the designer, the space has obtained a unique way of expression, through the selection of materials, the presentation of textures, the matching of colors and the design of the layout, every detail is telling the warmth and softness of the space.
The designer abandons the pursuit of luxury, and instead takes the beauty of nature as inspiration, integrating the warmth of living into every design, without cumbersome decorations, and without deliberately ostentatious focus, focusing on the emotion of home, quietly providing strength and comfort for the occupants.

The project is located in the traditional small three-room structure in the capital of Changsha Beicheng, the house area is not large, but it is completely enough for the young people in the world of two people; In the early stage of design, we deeply explore the owner's personality and lifestyle, so that the residents' preferences become the best direction of the design, the new layout and design improve the owner's quality of life, retain more possibilities for the future life, adopt the design method of the whole part, create a sense of order in the open space, create a coherent and varied design effect, maintain the design integrity of the design, increase the richness of details and visual impact.

説説這個項目的故事吧，2023年11月，客戶通過案例分享平臺聯係到我們，那時候設計师正好在同小區的洋房陪同另一甲方辦理完搭板手續；簡短的溝通之後，約定了见面時間，設計師簡單溝通設計思路之後，當時確定了設計意向，初次碰面到確定設計意向不到半小時的時間，開始的很順利，當然後面用業主的話說一切都很順利；

紧凑传统的小三房，如何做出悠闲惬意感，即需要容纳男女主人及two cat和one dog生活的刚性功能需求，又要满足可无限延申的精神世界；是设计师需要去马上实现的；

冰冷的混凝土原本缺乏表达情感的能力，但在设计师的巧思下，空间获得了一种独特的表达方式，通过材质的选择、肌理的呈现、色彩的搭配和布局的设计，每一个细节都在述说着空间的温暖与美。
设计师摒弃了华丽的追求，转而以自然之美为灵感，将居住的温情融入每一个设计之中，没有繁琐的装饰，也没有刻意张扬的焦点，注重的是家的情感，悄然为居住者提供着力量和安慰。

摒弃传统“客厅三件套”的设计思路，主张空间是为人服务，大胆去客厅化、多功能空间的LDBK设计思路在设计师脑海呈现，将空间释放，模糊了空间边界，被框死的紧凑空间都变得灵动起来；让空间不在被限定为某单一功能；
原始粗犷的水泥顶，明装的镀锌管，海洋板色定制柜加温润的木地板，coffee和三头灶，是怎么做到又粗糙又细腻的？！设计师交出了满意的答卷！

无需考虑未来小孩及老人同住的问题，那就把二人世界的体验感做到极致；任性三房改两房，將一小臥室變爲家鎮空間，改变原卫生间门开启方向，與家政空間互为融合，讓收納、洗漱、家政更便捷操作；去除衛生間窗戶做了鍋爐設備，利用家政區的側面采光補給給衛生間，如何在小空间实现卫生间三分离，设计师手把手给出了教程；
优质的动线能极大的提升空间的居住体验，而高效动线的设计手法正是对屋主当下生活态度的回应；

主卧延续空间的主基调，白色+海洋板色，衛生間改爲衣帽間，隐藏式悬浮衣帽间门的设计，有效地增强空间的私密性和美观性，悬浮梳妆台的设计，即节省了空间又仪式感满满；

原有部分陽臺給予次卧，次卧秒变多功能區，給未來預留了更多空間，可以是親子空間、會客空間、健身娛樂空間，亦或是未來突然到来的兒童房；

入戶墻面延申，新增衣帽空间，收納空間；与公区为半分离状态，让空间与空间之间朦胧对话；绿植与混凝土的cp组合，反差之下显得格外生机勃勃；
开合之间，仿佛置身室内，设计师的幸福感来源于哪里？
