业主需求：
改善入户玄关空间狭小的问题，增加玄关储物空间；
将原本厨房改造为开放式西厨，打造客餐厅一体化；
充分利用厨房北阳台，作为封闭式中式厨房；
充分利用主卧与书房之间的过道空间；
减少儿童房和客卫之间的空间浪费，提高各自的空间利用率。
改造说明：
利用北阳台和部分书房空间，改造为空间足够的中厨；
原厨房空间打开，增加玄关收纳和西厨空间，岛台与餐桌相连，餐厨一体化；
主卧套间与客餐厅之间用隐形门的方式弱化走道，提高整体性；
改变儿童房和客卫的开门方向，减少空间浪费，提高两个空间的空间利用率。
本案玄关以过道的形式呈现，从入户门进入屋内，左手边的空间顺理成章的成为嵌入式玄关柜的安装之地。

屋主需要收纳、展示他最爱的这个千年隼模型，于是设计师亲力亲为为屋主设计了这个专属茶几并找厂商进行了私人定制。茶几使用了不锈钢＋玻璃材料，玻璃半包围的结构会让展示面积最大化。不锈钢背板部分内藏遥控灯带，灵感来自《星球大战》光剑造型。

为了让全屋的风格统一，客卫采用了深灰色大理石砖以及防水石膏板吊顶。
