业主需求：

厨房过道比较宽，造成厨房空间浪费，增加一个西式厨房空间；

解决错层踏步楼梯狭小、拥挤、不够安全的问题；

主卧卫生间和衣帽间采光差，并且主卫的门对着床，需要格局改造；

主卧宽度不够，屋主需要嵌入式衣柜。

改造说明：

对厨房和次卧之间的墙面进行错位设计，相互借位，保证厨房和次卧的嵌入式储物柜的容纳空间，也避免了厨房的空间浪费；

改变多功能房开门方向，改善了玄关的采光条件；

缩小客厅宽度，将一部分宽度「借」给主卧过道，使其可以容纳嵌入式衣柜；

拓宽并向左移动原有错层踏步楼梯。

作为通过客餐厅的通道，本案玄关空间狭小，无法安放玄关储物柜，于是在客厅沙发背景墙和玄关之间，打造了一个「独立」玄关收纳柜，上半部分可以囤杂物，下半部分用来放鞋靴。

作为通过客餐厅的通道，本案玄关空间狭小，无法安放玄关储物柜，于是在客厅沙发背景墙和玄关之间，打造了一个「独立」玄关收纳柜，上半部分可以囤杂物，下半部分用来放鞋靴。

在玄关过道上凿壁「开门」，将与玄关一墙之隔的小房间，同玄关贯通，改善了玄关的采光，也让成为书房的小房间换了一个开门方向转换了室内动线，一举多得。

屋主希望将书房打造成为一个集办公阅读、访客居住和闲暇抚琴的可变空间。因此全屋定制「榻榻米」、储物柜和办公桌一应俱全，充分利用了书房空间。

The owner wanted to make the study into a variable space for office reading, visitor living and leisure playing the piano. Because this whole house is made to order "tatami", store content ark and desk are all available, made full use of study space.

利用收纳柜和墙面之间的距离，在吊柜下方设置了悬空书桌，岩板材质的「重」在悬空的形式下，被大大中和了。视觉上的清透也产生了减少卫生死角的效果。

电视背景墙还是一样的简洁大气，即便是最简单的造型，有了具有斑驳感的艺术漆的涂装，特别是在磁吸轨道灯的暖光加持下，调和了空间的硬朗冷感。

电视背景墙靠近阳台的位置，悬空挡板让背景墙呈现更高的完整性，另一个作用是对阳光进行遮挡，减少对电视画面的影响。

为了承载一些基本的影音设备，设计师为电视背景墙设计了悬空置物架，在方便使用易于打理地面的基础上，弱化了电视背景墙体量感。

餐厅空间中最为特别的是悬挑餐桌，是通过现场焊接镀锌方管结构，再加上实木贴皮而制成的。餐桌短边与背景墙相连，悬空结构让厚重的餐桌视觉上变得轻盈，减少了餐厅空间的单调感。

电视背景墙和餐厅背景墙共享同一块墙面，这是设计师重塑的墙面体块，有别于原始户型的客厅墙面，而且为了减少简洁体块堆叠的单调冰冷感，为此打造了装饰框，并且配以灯带。

本案厨房分为两个部分，玻璃移门之外有容纳了冰箱的高柜，以及可以承载很多小厨电的水吧台。利用墙面借位的方式，在冰箱后方形成空间，打造了嵌入式置物柜，满足大量的食品收纳需求。

This case kitchen is divided into two parts, glass moving door has the tall ark that accommodated refrigerator, and the water bar that can carry a lot of small hutch electricity stage. 玻璃移门之内则是传统的中式厨房，U型橱柜保证了充足的收纳空间以及容纳嵌入式厨电。采用了错位的设计手法，将大容量储物柜嵌入墙面，同时也给墙面的另一侧的次卧提供了可以嵌入衣柜的空间。

原本过道宽度有限，无法容纳衣柜，因此同样是采用了错位的设计手法，「借」用了一部分的客厅空间，在主卧打造了嵌入式衣柜。而我们在客厅看到的墙面体块穿插拼接，是为了掩饰客厅墙面突出采用的设计手法。

本案对主卧空间格局进行大幅度的调整，打造了集主卫、轻办公区和衣帽间的主卧空间。依然采用无主灯设计，搭配床头背景墙的浅灰色艺术漆，与胡桃木和黄头材质相得益彰。

In this case, the space pattern of the master bedroom has been adjusted to a great extent, creating the master bedroom space of the collection of the master bathroom, light office area and cloakroom. It is still designed with no main light, and the light grey art paint on the bedhead background wall complemented the walnut and yellow head materials.

将原先的主卧卫生间进行改造，划分出梳妆台以及收纳更衣的区域，另一部分保留卫生间功能。用长虹玻璃移门减少对空间的占用，也在保证隐私的前提下减少梳妆换衣时的昏暗。

在小面积的卫生间中，立柱式洗手盆成为首选。设计最为独特的是洗手盆和水龙头之间的肥皂架，造型简洁，不易积存肥皂水。

次卧的嵌入式衣柜，也是通过与相邻的厨房相互错位「借」来的空间。

运用原本窗台的位置，打造了储物抽屉。内有桌板可以抽出，拓宽了作为桌面的使用面积。

结语：为了空间功能的「借位」，营造视觉轻盈的「悬空」，都在体现着空间设计的独特张力。体块和线条在空间中穿插，让光线、气流和视觉都在空间内自由穿行。

"Borrowing" for spatial function，create the visual lightness of "Hanging", are reflecting the unique tension of the space design. The volumes and lines intersperse the space, allowing light, air flow and vision to flow freely through the space.
