● 改造要点：

● 原本房屋的客厅被分隔成了两个房间，实际居住人口并不多不需要那么多房间，于是打破原有格局，将公共空间进行了扩展；

● 原先的厨房形状较长，面积不足，通过户型改造，在厨房扩出一个冰箱位，增加厨房利用率；

● 由于户型靠近马路，会有一定噪音，通过拆除原有窗户并进行连结，做出中空隔音大面积落地窗，既能隔绝噪音还能尽情欣赏街道景色。
